Asked for my alteration to be ready Friday after handing in on Monday. Also asked to keep the off-cuts. I was told they always give back any off-cuts and they would ring when it was ready. No phone call Friday or following Monday so I called. Yes it was ready. I wrnt to collect it. No off-cut. They said the instruction was not passed on. Not happy and will not use again

I have used stony dry cleaners a few times now and always am pleased with the outcome! It’s affordable and convenient I used the duvet service and my duvet was picked up cleaned dried and bought back to me packaged all in a reasonable time! Last time I used them for the duvet service I booked online and got a call within the next 30 mins to arrange collection! Great service would recommend
